This class uses a dowel to refine your pilates matwork! Any dowel will do- a broom, swiffer, pole, even an umbrella in a pinch.
Working in your best alignment and, more importantly, developing your ability to feel your alignment, will transform your practice. In this class, we work through the classical pilates repertoire using the dowel to assess and correct your form as you go.
