Twisty, core focused class! This class uses tons of rotations to mobilize the spine and ignite the obliques!
We start with a warm up, opening up the thoracic to find deep breathing and a strong core connection. The class progresses into a challenging pilates mat workout where we add in twists everywhere we can! At the end of class we learn a repeatable flow sequence you can return to anytime you want to mobilize your spine and fire up the obliques.
This live class occurred the week of American Thanksgiving. The class was designed to promote good digestion and ease the body from holiday travels.
