Increase your flexibility through active strength work in this advanced level class! We get warm with some familiar mat work, then progressively increase the range and challenge of the exercises. Mobility, strength and flexibility moves are woven throughout class.
You’ll finish class feeling like you worked your whole body, especially your glutes, and will feel flexy and bendy once you're done. This class moves fast and is aimed at more experienced or advanced movers, but if you’ve been practicing for a while, give it a try - you might just surprise yourself with what you’re capable of!
