A full hour of Summer Set plus a special flow sequence tutorial!
This class takes exercises from all 5 of the Summer Set Primer videos (Swim Primer, Bike Primer, Run Primer, Sunbath Primer and Travel Restore) and combines them into a full length workout. Near the end of class we build a flow pattern using all those specific moves! The flow is taught slowly, step-by-step, before being repeated quickly a few times through for a fluid practice.
