Hip Stretch Flow + Glute Kick Flow = Combination Flow!
This hourlong class focuses on the hip mobility, core, and side body strength needed for the Hip Stretch Flow and Glute Kick Flow. We prepare the body strategically before slowly learning the pieces to each of these flows, step by step, before combining them into one longer flow pattern! Expect a full body workout with a special focus on hip mobility (plus a lot of hip extension!).
