Next Level Flow combines the Hip Stretch Flow with The Glute Kick Flow and the Level Up Flow Breakdown! These flow patterns also appear in Combination Flow (Hip Stretch Flow and Glute Kick flow combined) and Level Up Flow. If this flow feels too complicated, try the breakdowns of each of those patterns and then return to this class!
Be prepared to get a major lower body workout and raise your heart rate as we move through the flow together a few times through.
