Create balance, mobility and stability with the foam roller and ankle weights! This detail oriented class loads up our roller work to with extra dose of strength.

We use the ankle weights to strategically load the core and glutes as we create precision and range through our hips and spine. You can expect delicious thoracic mobility and hip mobility along with some major glute strengthening. 

This class has a big focus on hip extension and backbody work so if you are looking to improve your hip openers, heart openers, or managing snapping or grippy hips, this will be particularly helpful.
