What is Strength for Mobility?
Strength for Mobility is a 4 week daily movement practice. Based on the popular Strength for Mobility livestreams, each workout focuses on building your range of motion. Mobility requires consistency, so a daily practice of varying lengths and focuses is key to safely and effectively increasing your range. Each day's workout is unique, and the program progressively increases the challenge as you go!
Why should I do the Strength for Mobility Program?

How does Strength for Mobility work?
Strength for Mobility is a daily movement program. It's organized into a playlist, with each day labeled.
You'll do one workout per day, for 28 days. Workouts vary in length and focus, while building towards more challenging mobility work.

What do I need for Strength for Mobility?
Your body, your mat, and a commitment to yourself.
No, really. All of the workouts are bodyweight-only, so as long as you have floor space for your mat, you already have everything you need.
I'm a beginner, can I still do Burn and Breathe Reset?
It depends!
If you're brand-new to working out, or this first workout felt overwhelming for you, I recommend starting with the Beginner Path, my structured program for beginners or those returning to exercise after a long break, available in the Unlimited Membership, and then progressing to Strength for Mobility when you feel ready.
If you felt like the workout above was doable or you've been working out in other ways for a while, jump right in!

If you have an Unlimited Monthly or Annual Membership, you can navigate to your Dashboard from the main menu at the top of the page.
