What is included in a membership?

Both the monthly and the annual membership include unlimited access to the always-growing full library of 150+ workouts, all upcoming and past livestreams, and all programming (including Find Your Flow). Your account keeps track of the videos you've already watched and you can save your favorites for easy repeats!

Can I explore the membership before I commit?

Yes! All memberships automatically begin with a 7-day free trail. You get full access for 7 days, and can cancel at any time before your trail ends with no charge.

Is there a guided program or plan?

Yes! I have a few options for guided programming and structured practices, all included in the membership.

  • The Paths: These guides lay out a suggested 3-workout-per-week routine. The paths are divided into "phases", which are meant to be explored and repeated until you feel confident and ready to move on.

    • If you're new to pilates or working out in general (or if you've been away for a while) start with the Beginner Path.

    • If you've been practicing pilates or any kind of mind-body movement for a while, you can jump right in to phase 1 of the Progressive Path.

  • Find Your Flow

How does billing work?

Your subscription payment will be processed on the day or day after your free trial ends. Monthly membership charges will occur one month after the initial purchase until you cancel your subscription. Purchases are non-refundable.

How do I cancel?

Sign in, and navigate to your Dashboard. Under Billing, click on Active Plan, and then Change Plan. From there, you should see an option to cancel your membership. Membership purchases are non-refundable, but you will have access to the library for the full term of your paid membership term.

What is the Find Your Flow Challenge?

Find Your Flow is a daily movement challenge. You'll be learning one of my flows through daily unique workouts (no repeats!). You'll build the strength, mobility, and skill you need to move through a beautiful, feel-good flow.

Why should I do the Find Your Flow Challenge?

Fitness can be about lots of different things. Sometimes you're working towards a performance goal, sometimes an aesthetic one, and sometimes it's about health.

There's nothing inherently wrong with any of those motivators, and any of them can be part of why you Find Your Flow.

Find Your Flow is meant to help you establish a daily habit and show you a different way of moving and approaching your fitness. For sure, the flow looks cool, but the reason this is my favorite way of working out is how it feels. Feeling truly free and capable in your body is a profound thing, and having a self-practice that supports you in that can be life changing.

I made the Find Your Flow challenge to share that with you, and I hope it brings you the joyful, supportive self-practice you deserve.

How does Find Your Flow work?

Whether you rent the Find Your Flow challenge on its own or try the membership, you'll get access to the Find Your Flow collection. It's organized into a playlist, with each day labeled.

You'll do one workout per day, for 28 days. Conditioning, restorative, and mobility classes are programed in. The workouts range from just 12-35 minutes, so you're never burnt out and you can always fit your movement into your day. FYF is carefully structured to progress you in a way that feels challenging, but never overwhelming.

What do I need for the Find Your Flow challenge?

Your body, your mat, and a commitment to yourself.

No, really. All of the workouts are bodyweight-only, so as long as you have floor space for your mat, plus a little spare room on either side (get ready to get a little twisty!), you already have everything you need.

I'm a beginner, can I still do the Find Your Flow Challenge?

It depends!


If you're brand-new to working out, or this first workout felt overwhelming for you, I recommend starting with the Beginner Path, my structured program for beginners or those returning to exercise after a long break, available in the Unlimited Membership, and then progressing to FYF.


If you felt like the first workout was doable or you've been working out in other ways for a while, jump right in! Find Your Flow is structured to teach you each component of the flow step-by-step in an understandable way.


If you're just not sure, I recommend starting with the 7-day free trial of the Unlimited Membership and exploring the Beginner Path and the rest of the library to see what works best for you!

How do I cancel?

If you rented the Find Your Flow challenge, you don't need to do anything. Your rental will expire 30 days from the purchase date, and you won't be charged again. The rental purchase is non-refundable.


If you have an Unlimited Membership, you can navigate to your Dashboard from the main menu at the top of the page. From there, open the "Billing" tab, and find the "Change Plan" button. You'll see an option to cancel your membership on the "Change Plan" page.

Livestream FAQs

How do I rent a class?

You can browse the full catalog of live replays or check latest workouts for the next upcoming live. You can also sign up for emails to get a description and direct link to sign up for that week's class.

What if I can't make the live stream for an upcoming class?

If you sign up for an upcoming class, your purchase includes 24 hour access to the replay. Class is usually posted within 2 hours of the livestream ending, and your 24 hour access begins when the class is posted.

What happens in class? Do I need to have my camera on?

I'll be guiding and cueing you through all the aspects of class, with lots of attention to detail and breath, as I move with you. Most classes are bodyweight-only and if you need props for class they'll be specified in the description.


Class is a one-way broadcast, so you don't need to have your camera on, worry about where to place your device, or your privacy.

How do I access a livestream I purchased?

If you're joining the livestream, come back to the library and click on the class you're signed up for (all times are listed in EST). The live should begin automatically, but if it doesn't, try refreshing your browser.


If you're doing a replay, you'll have instant access after making your purchase.
